At Comfort Xone, we care about your satisfaction and hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all underwear purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear, briefs, boxers, trunks, or other intimate apparel.
Please carefully check the size guide before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong product or size due to our mistake
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. After verification, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Important
Products that have been worn, washed, used, or removed from their original hygiene packaging cannot be considered for any replacement claim.
